Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Content Manager in the United States to own learning content end-to-end. You will design structured learning paths, produce multimedia content, and ensure accuracy in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Training, and Marketing.

Ideal candidates bring strong instructional design, project management, and experience with Camtasia, Articulate, and Notion. This is a fully remote, autonomous role with cross-functional impact and opportunities for

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in instructional design, technical content creation, learning development, or related field, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to own content initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Strong instructional design foundation with outcomes-driven approach.
• Experience managing multimedia content production workflows (video, interactive learning, visuals).
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Own content projects end-to-end: design, production, QA, publishing, LMS delivery.
• Design structured learning paths, courses, and certifications for varied learner levels.
• Apply ADDIE and Bloom's taxonomy to align content with measurable outcomes.
• Manage SME relationships to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
• Translate complex tech info into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Lead production workflows: scripting, multimedia development, reviews, revisions, publishing.
• Ensure content quality and consistency in tone and accuracy.
