Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-time work experience, preferably with experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with instructional or learning design.
• Ability to collaborate with peers using interpersonal savvy in problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Inform and update author content and pedagogy with universal and portfolio-specific perspectives based on learning theory and career readiness.
• Serve as the student journey and discipline-level learning design expert, collaborating with editorial, strategy, marketing, and content creation teams.
• Review content plans against editorial strategy, quality standards, research-based insights, and protocols.
• Ensure alignment and consistency across the field.
• Design digital content to improve learning using platform insights and user data.
• Advocate for accessibility, equity, and inclusivity in content and authoring.
• Collaborate with authors and subject matter experts throughout curriculum development.
• Develop field tools and guidelines for content creation and creators.
• Support freelance and vendor content creators as needed.
• Develop new authoring talent and understanding of digital product usage.
