Job summary

University of Phoenix is seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to lead strategic engagements with senior business units, diagnosing challenges and crafting learning interventions that drive behavior change and performance outcomes. You will partner with VP/SVP-level executives to design solutions and shape outcomes.

After launch, you will monitor effectiveness, interpret impact data, and guide iterative improvements in collaboration with Learning Operations and other Learning Innovation partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, internal advisory, or strategic L&D.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• MBA or Master’s in organizational development, adult education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from diagnosis through solution design, build, deployment and iteration.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to scope challenges and co-design solutions.
• Diagnose performance and behavior change challenges to apply appropriate learning interventions.
• Assess complexity and delivery models for learning solutions.
• Design and build learning solutions that produce behavior change.
• Direct cross-functional teams across the Learning Innovation function.
• Evaluate impact post-launch and iterate with stakeholders.
