Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Informatics Lead, Clinical Intelligence to analyze high-value AI opportunities across Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy segments.

You will size opportunities, shape an intelligence layer, and work with product management to measure impact and drift of AI-enabled solutions with data science and IT partners. This remote position reports to the Director, Informatics and requires 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 7+ years of data analytics experience, or Master's with 4+ years.
• At least 4+ years analyzing clinical intelligence solutions impacting patient care decisions.
• 4+ years evaluating AI/ML solutions' outcomes, performance, and validation.
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency for analyzing complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data discovery, feasibility analysis, and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design evaluation schemes to measure impact, drift, and accuracy of AI-enabled products.
• Act as SME for population health benchmarks across partners and research.
• Establish success metrics and measure impact of intelligence capabilities on care coordination and outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, clinical, business, data, and technology teams to identify high-value opportunities.
