Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Informatics Lead, Clinical Intelligence to analyze high-value AI opportunities across CenterWell's segments.

You will size opportunities, shape an intelligence layer, and partner with product management to assess feasibility, value, and impact of AI-enabled solutions. In this remote role reporting to the Director, Informatics, you will lead cross-functional analyses, establish success metrics, and translate opportunities into scalable clinical intelligence capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of data analytics experience or Master's with 4+ years.
• At least 4+ years analyzing clinical intelligence solutions affecting patient care decisions.
• 4+ years evaluating AI & ML solutions.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for analyzing complex datasets.
• Ability to apply clinical/public health research methodologies to assess opportunities and value.
• Significant experience with data analytics/engineering for analytics and model evaluation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presenting findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery, feasibility, and sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design evaluation schemes for production Clinical Intelligence products, measuring impact and accuracy.
• Serve as SME for population health benchmarks across internal/external stakeholders.
• Establish success metrics and measure impact of intelligence capabilities on care and outcomes.
• Partner with product, clinical, business, data, and tech teams to identify high-value opportunities.
• Lead exploratory analyses to quantify business value and inform roadmaps.
• Create measurement plans and value hypotheses for new Clinical Intelligence capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, compliance, and operations teams to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.
