Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of data analytics experience or Master's with 4+ years of experience.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing clinical intelligence solutions that impact patient care decisions.
• 4+ years of experience evaluating outcomes, performance, and validation of AI & ML solutions.
• Advanced experience with SQL and Python to analyze complex datasets.
• Ability to apply clinical and public health research methodologies to guide enterprise-scale investments.
• Significant experience with data analysis and engineering for analytics and model evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data discovery, feasibility analysis, and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design evaluation schemes for production Clinical Intelligence products and measure impact, drift, and accuracy.
• Serve as SME for population health benchmarks and unify perspectives across partners and research.
• Establish success metrics and measure impact of intelligence capabilities on care and outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, clinical, data, and tech teams to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.
• Lead exploratory analyses to identify unmet needs and inform roadmaps.
• Create measurement plans and value hypotheses for new Clinical Intelligence capabilities.
• Translate opportunities into scalable solutions with engineering and AI/ML teams.
