Job summary

Majesco is seeking a Senior Lead Business Analyst for Loss Control to lead customer implementations of the Majesco Loss Control SaaS platform. You will transform client SOWs and business processes into clear requirements, designs, and configurations, collaborating with cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore sites.

You will mentor analysts, guide test planning and UAT, and ensure solutions align with agreed scope, delivering value to insurers and pension/retirement customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business analysis experience, including senior/lead roles on enterprise software deployments.
• Knowledge of P&C insurance operations such as underwriting, loss control, risk inspection, or premium audit.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, map processes, and write functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with customers to understand loss control, inspection, premium audit, and underwriting workflows.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications for configuration and development teams.
• Identify missing use cases and edge cases early, driving resolution to avoid project delays.
• Own scope at the requirement level: trace requirements from SOW to solution design and resolve deviations.
• Design and direct configuration of the Majesco Loss Control platform and define integration and data migration requirements.
• Plan and support testing, including test scenarios and UAT, ensuring delivered solutions meet requirements.
• Create end-user documentation and training materials for customers.
• Mentor other analysts and contribute to standard methods and templates.
