Job summary

Majesco is seeking a Senior Principal Business Solutions expert for its Life, Annuity & Health Insurance team. This remote US role partners with sales and product to map business needs to Majesco’s AI-native software capabilities, driving modernization across policy administration, underwriting, billing, and servicing.

You’ll engage with insurers, lead functional discovery, and craft compelling demonstrations while shaping presales strategy and solution narratives for enterprise opportunities.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Life, Annuity, or Health insurance operations, business processes, and technology in North American market.
• Experience with core insurance platforms, policy administration systems, or related enterprise insurance technology solutions.
• Strong functional knowledge in areas such as new business, underwriting, policy administration, billing, claims, or servicing.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear solution recommendations and customer discussions.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience gathering and defining functional requirements across business and tech teams.
• Experience supporting presales engagements or enterprise software demonstrations.
• Interest in applying AI tools to improve research, solution preparation, and pre-sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery discussions and workshops with Life, Annuity & Health insurers to understand business processes, operational challenges, and modernization priorities.
• Partner with sales and solution teams to translate customer requirements into compelling solution narratives, use cases, demonstrations, and customer presentations.
• Apply your insurance domain expertise across areas such as policy administration, new business, underwriting, billing, claims, and customer or policyholder servicing.
• Support strategic sales pursuits, including RFI/RFP responses, solution positioning, functional demonstrations, and executive discussions.
• Help customers evaluate legacy system replacement, digital transformation, process improvement, and opportunities to apply AI and automation.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to strengthen demonstration assets, reusable content, and presales capabilities.
