Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Experience administering SaaS software related to project/partner/resource management.
• Proven ability to analyze reports and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders to understand and analyze business needs and requirements.
• Document functional and technical system design.
• Support design and modification of business/IT systems.
• Maintain system documentation and user manuals.
• Configure Kantata to meet evolving business needs and manage users, licenses, and reports.
• Triage issues via Kantata/ServiceNow ticketing and perform weekly audits.
