Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior System Administrator to serve as the SME for Kantata configuration and related business processes. This is a remote position with responsibilities spanning Kantata setup, data governance, and system documentation.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of SaaS admin experience, US citizenship, and strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills to support business users and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• US citizenship per customer requirements.
• Experience administering SaaS software for project/partner/resource management.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate data, identify trends and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and customer focus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business needs.
• Document functional and technical design of the system.
• Maintain Kantata configurations and related documentation.
• Provide user support and knowledge transfer on Kantata usage.
• Support Kantata-related system administration activities (users, licenses, reports).
• Escalate issues and coordinate with Kantata support and product teams.
• Run weekly audit reporting and ensure data integrity across platforms.
