Zusammenfassung

BCforward is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our remote, contract-based team for a three-month engagement. The ideal candidate will excel in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native microservices architectures, delivering full lifecycle solutions on AWS.

Required are deep expertise in domain-driven design, event-driven frameworks, and Terraform for infrastructure as code, with a strong background in SQL/ORMs and RESTful services.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of hands-on development with Java, Java EE, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with microservices, domain-driven design, and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience deploying applications to AWS.
• Strong understanding of Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• OO analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies such as JPA2 and Hibernate.
• Experience with the Spring Framework and Spring MVC for web applications.

Aufgaben

• Define site and system objectives by analyzing user requirements and envisioning features and functionality.
• Design and develop user interfaces for internet and intranet applications, setting expectations and feature priorities throughout the development lifecycle.
• Determine design methodologies and toolsets, and complete programming using appropriate languages and software products.
• Design and conduct unit, integration, and system tests to ensure quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments and operating platforms.
• Support users by developing clear documentation and assistance tools.
