Job summary

Dale Workforce Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager to deliver IT initiatives for the Portfolio and Project Management Group, aligning projects with strategic goals.

Lead multiple IT projects—software implementations, integrations, and RPA—driving schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations in a remote EST environment.

Candidates should have 10+ years of PM experience, PMP credentials or plans, and strong financial forecasting and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of current project management experience delivering IT projects with a minimum budget of $150K.
• Has successfully delivered IT projects from start to finish with timelines of less than 1 year.
• Experience managing vendors and requesting/executing SOWs.
• PMP credential in good standing or plans to obtain PMP within 12 months.
• Experience directly forecasting project financials (reconciling invoices, timekeeping).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects including software implementations, integrations, and IT infrastructure.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently based on scope, duration and lifecycle phase.
• Build project schedules in MS Project/Project Server with an effort-driven, auto-scheduled plan.
• Reconcile time cards with planned hours and adjust forecasts as needed.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests following established processes.
