You will join a team of 12 delivering complex projects across the business. The ideal candidate has 5+ years IT leadership, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of PM principles.

Qualifications

• 5 years IT leadership experience.
• Experience leading two or more concurrent project teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced leadership, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Owns overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
• Responsible for multiple work efforts of any size, from minimum complexity to greater complexity system/customer impacts.
• Adheres to project management processes to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality standards.
• Monitors project plans, assignments and progress daily.
• Ensures resources are assigned appropriately and escalates issues.
• Tracks key milestones and adjusts plans to meet work needs.
• Leads the project from inception to final acceptance and implementation.
• Mentors other project leads and supports staff development.
