Responsibilities

• Owns coordination, status reporting, and stability of project efforts.
• Manages multiple work streams of varying size and impact.
• Adheres to PM processes to deliver on time, budget, quality.
• Monitors project plans and assignments daily.
• Ensures resources are assigned and escalates issues.
• Tracks milestones and adjusts plans to meet needs.
• Leads projects from inception to business acceptance.
• Mentors other project leads and supports staff development.
