Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Program Director to oversee and guide a team in developing, implementing, and managing a complex IT program. The role focuses on program planning, budgeting, resource allocation, compliance, and staff development, with full remote work within the United States.

Responsibilities include directing all phases, managing cost, schedule, and performance, engaging with customers, pursuing new business, and staffing plans. FEMA Public Trust clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10–15 years of experience in managing complex IT programs.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs.
• Ability to attain FEMA Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of programs.
• Leads negotiations of contract and changes and coordinates proposals and budgets.
• Acts as primary customer contact for program activities and reviews with the customer.
• Develops new business or expands product lines with the customer.
