Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of IT program leadership experience.
• Over 10 years of experience managing complex IT programs.
• Must be able to attain and maintain FEMA Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Manages cost, schedule and technical performance of programs.
• Negotiates contracts and contract changes.
• Prepares proposals, budgets and specifications.
• Acts as primary customer contact and leads program reviews.
• Develops new business or expands product lines with customers.
• Establishes milestones and monitors master plans and schedules.
• Directs staff across technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
• Monitors funding and forecasts program financial performance.
