Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Program Director to oversee and guide a team in developing, implementing, and managing a complex IT program. The role includes program planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with organizational goals.

The position is fully remote within the United States, with responsibilities spanning cost, schedule, and technical performance, plus customer engagement and proposal development. FEMA Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, 10–15 years of related experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs.
• Clearance required: FEMA Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of programs or sub-systems.
• Leads proposals, budgets, staffing plans and contract changes.
• Acts as primary customer contact for program activities and reviews with customers.
• Develops and expands business with the customer and ensures milestones are met.
