Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited seeks an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to lead technology and outsourcing transactions for its high‑tech IT services business. You will structure, negotiate and draft complex agreements, advise on risk, and support sales teams across the US.

This role requires eight to eighteen years of relevant experience, a licensed attorney in the US or a foreign jurisdiction, and willingness to travel within the continental US. Location: Remote USA, with regional offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in a US or foreign jurisdiction.
• 8 to 18 years of relevant work experience in structuring, negotiating, and drafting Outsourcing, IT and services contracts.
• Experience with Government contracting is a plus; travel within the continental US may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the legal point of contact on assigned projects supporting sales and revenue generation agreements.
• Review, draft and negotiate complex IT services and outsourcing agreements including Master Outsourcing Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Bids and RFPs, SaaS agreements and Statements of Work.
