Job summary

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience structuring, negotiating, and drafting Outsourcing, IT and Services contracts.
• Experience working with sales teams in technology and outsourcing industry.
• Able to work independently with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Pragmatic approach to minimize redlines.
• Strong negotiation skills to protect the organization's interests.
• Experience coordinating with HR, Information Security, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating inbound and outbound procurement, sales and revenue generating agreements.
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex IT Services and Outsourcing Agreements including: Master Outsourcing Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Bids and RFPs, Statements of Work, subcontracting agreements, software licensing, reseller agreements, NDAs, and SOWs.
