Job summary

Infosys Ltd. (NYSE INFY) seeks a senior attorney to join the Americas Sales team, negotiating complex master outsourcing, software licensing, and other technology-related agreements.

You will provide legal and business counsel to internal clients and coordinate with external counsel as needed. Based in Richardson, TX, with remote flexibility and occasional travel, the role requires strong drafting, negotiation, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of legal work experience after law school graduation.
• JD from an accredited law school; strong academic performance.
• Must be a member of a State Bar.
• Blend of law firm and in-house experience; preferably transactional IP/IT with at least 4 years in-house.
• Experience with litigation including mediation/arbitration; drafting settlement agreements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate a wide range of agreements with external clients and vendors.
• Provide legal and business counsel to internal clients to resolve issues.
• Manage external counsel and coordinate department projects as assigned.
• Ensure agreements comply with Infosys risk parameters and policies.
