Remote seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel, Data Centers and Infrastructure to own complex data center transactions and support the global cloud platform. You will partner with data center, procurement, engineering, operations, finance, tax, security and compliance teams on high-stakes infrastructure deals.

With 6–8+ years in-house data center experience and a J.D., you will negotiate leases, design/builds, and related agreements while enabling international expansion.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar license.
• 6–8+ years of legal experience, with in-house data center or large-scale infra.
• Experience negotiating data center agreements from developer/provider/tenant view.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into practical legal frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive data center transactions from structuring through signature.
• Draft and negotiate data center capacity leases, colocation and build contracts.
• Lead infrastructure procurement agreements for GPUs and compute hardware.
• Partner cross-functionally on deal structure and risk allocation.
• Support international expansion and coordinate with local counsel.
• Build templates, playbooks, and approval matrices for a lean legal team.
