Signature Performance is seeking a Business Analyst III for a remote, nationwide role. You will support delivery of solutions, conduct requirements gathering, and craft documentation while collaborating with developers and stakeholders to improve business processes.

The role emphasizes data extraction, BI insights, and adherence to release management and security standards within Health IT contexts. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Over 2+ years of IT business and information environment analysis.
• 2+ years of experience with web-based applications/portals.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with data management (collection, storage and use).
• Ability to assemble Excel, PowerPoint, and Word deliverables under time constraints.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
• Familiarity with life cycle, project management methodologies and data mining tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and resolve business, usability, process, and technical problems.
• Gather requirements, create documentation, and collaborate with developers to build solutions.
• Extract data from disparate systems into meaningful BI for process improvements.
• Partner with clients, service areas, and vendors to ensure delivery of solutions.
• Support release management and development of enterprise infrastructure and security.
