Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Business Analyst III for a remote, nationwide role. You will support delivery of solutions, perform requirements gathering, documentation, and data extraction to drive BI and process improvements.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to guide design reviews, risk management, and release readiness, applying agile, Kanban, and hybrid methods to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT business & information environment analysis.
• 2+ years of experience with web-based applications/portals.
• Strong written and oral communication across business, functional, development, engineering and security teams.
• Experience with data modeling & data mining tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and resolve business, usability, process, and technical problems.
• Gather requirements, create documentation, work with developers to estimate and build solutions, and evaluate results.
• Extract data from disparate systems to create meaningful BI to improve processes.
• Coordinate with clients, service areas, and vendors for optimum delivery of solutions.
• Support release management and testing activities and ensure milestones are met.
