Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Business Analyst III for a remote nationwide role in the United States. The position focuses on health-care IT, enterprise infrastructure, data analytics, and release management support.

You will Gather requirements, document specifications, and collaborate with developers, clients, and service areas to ensure timely delivery. You will analyze data, model trends, and advise on process improvements while supporting risk assessment and executive briefings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT business and information environment analysis.
• Experience with web-based applications/portals.
• Strong written and oral communication for technical concepts.
• Experience with data management (collection, storage, use).
• Ability to assemble Excel tables, PowerPoint slides, and Word docs quickly.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, HITRUST, SOC1/2 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of IT solutions, planning, and release management.
• Gather requirements, document work, and coordinate with developers.
• Extract data from disparate systems to improve business processes.
• Partner with clients and vendors to ensure optimal delivery.
• Provide guidance on enterprise infrastructure, security, and processes.
• Participate in Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
