Signature Performance is seeking a Business Analyst III for a remote/nationwide role. You will support delivery of IT solutions, plan activities, review applications, update documentation, and assist in release management while advising on enterprise infrastructure and security considerations.

The candidate thrives with fast-paced, cross-functional teams and can manage multiple projects with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience analyzing IT business and information environments.
• 2+ years of experience with web-based applications/portals.
• Strong written and oral communication of technical concepts to diverse teams.
• Experience with data management (collection, storage and use).
• Ability to assemble Excel tables, PowerPoint slides, and Word docs under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, create documentation, and work with developers to estimate and build solutions.
• Extract data from disparate systems to create business intelligence.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure delivery of solutions.
• Support release management and drive process improvements.
• Apply knowledge to plan and execute program documentation and testing.
