Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• 4-6 years of communications, PR, or marketing experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience with regulatory communication, analysis, and training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes internal communications strategies aligned with dual eligibles and Medicare Advantage.
• Defines and leads strategic direction for training channels and cross-functional delivery.
• Provides leadership and communicates project status to stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations.
• Leads cross-functional meetings to meet objectives across functional areas.
• Evaluates training and channels for impact and effectiveness.
• Collaborates with internal partners on content plans supporting priorities.
• Tracks KPIs for internal channels and refines strategies based on insights.
• Offers guidance on training and communications best practices.
• Manages projects through full life cycle from requirements to closure.
• Performs other duties and complies with policies.
