Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Program Manager for a fully remote role located in the United States.

The role develops and implements internal communications strategies across channels to engage employees and educate stakeholders on the company’s mission, vision, goals, and culture, with a focus on dual eligibles and Medicare Advantage. The position requires a Bachelor's in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field (Master's preferred) and 4–6

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 4-6 years of communications, public relations, or marketing experience; regulatory communication and training experience preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes internal communications strategies aligned with Centene's focus on dual eligibles, complex populations, and Medicare Advantage.
• Defines and leads strategic direction for assigned training channels and identifies training needs for timely delivery.
• Leads cross-functional meetings to meet stakeholder expectations and company objectives.
• Communicates project status to all stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations.
• Tracks and reports KPIs for internal communications channels and uses insights to refine strategies.
• Manages multiple projects through full lifecycle: requirements, plans, resources, execution, and closure.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, related field or equivalent experience

Master's degree preferred
