Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a senior leader to drive strategic provider engagement initiatives across multiple lines of business. This remote role focuses on improving quality, reducing costs, and optimizing utilization while aligning with enterprise objectives.

Your responsibilities include developing market-wide strategies, guiding program implementation, and partnering with leadership to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in value-based care, population health, provider practice administration or healthcare strategy.
• 5+ years of leadership experience and supervising teams.
• 1+ years leading large-scale provider engagement initiatives across multiple markets.
• 1+ years familiarity with value-based payment models and quality improvement in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead market-wide provider engagement strategies aligned with enterprise goals.
• Drive program implementation and timelines for multiple LOBs.
• Monitor performance trends to achieve quality, cost, and utilization targets.
• Provide strategic guidance to leaders and teams in complex challenges.
• Partner with leaders to align engagement strategies with priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the organization in high-level meetings and external forums.
