Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred; 4–6 years of communications, public relations, or marketing experience with regulatory communication experience.
• Experience with training design and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes internal communications strategies aligned with focus on dual eligibles and Medicare Advantage.
• Defines and leads strategic direction for training channels and coordinates cross-functional training needs.
• Provides leadership and communicates project status to stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations.
• Leads cross-functional meetings to meet stakeholder expectations and company objectives.
• Evaluates and optimizes training and communication channels for impact and effectiveness.
• Collaborates with internal partners to create channel-specific content plans supporting organizational goals.
• Tracks and reports KPIs for internal communications channels to refine strategies.
• Provides guidance on training and communications best practices and strategy.
• Manages multiple projects through full lifecycle: requirements, planning, resources, execution, closure.
