Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join the Business Technology Team in a remote US capacity.

You will own the integration layer across payroll, benefits, identity management, and finance, ensuring uptime and reliability while expanding Claude Enterprise usage across the organization. You will administer Claude Enterprise with provisioning, roles, and security, and partner with stakeholders to roll out AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems, integrations or IT platform roles with hands-on experience building and supporting enterprise integrations

Responsibilities

• Own the integration layer across payroll, benefits, identity management, finance and more; monitor health, resolve failures, and improve reliability
• Administer Claude Enterprise; workspace and user provisioning, roles and permissions, usage, security configuration and SSO integration
• Drive AI platform adoption; rollout Claude with onboarding paths, usage guidelines and internal enablement
• Configure and improve across enterprise systems; provide input on business processes, rules and security
• Automate repetitive work through business process automation, calculated fields, iPaaS tooling, and Claude-powered workflows
• Measure outcomes by linking integration uptime, data quality, Claude adoption and process cycle time
• Be the trusted partner; translate technical needs into requirements and build a business case for changes
• Think in systems; design solutions for longevity and scale, upstream and downstream impacts
• Bring an AI-first lens to work; use AI tools to accelerate output and explore adoption opportunities
• Grow with the team as the Business Technology function matures into broader ownership
• Build institutional knowledge through thorough documentation of system configuration, integration architecture and Claude governance
