Job summary

HealthEdge Software, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to own the integration layer and administrate Claude Enterprise within a rapidly growing, US‑based enterprise environment.

You will drive AI adoption, partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into configurations, and design scalable, future‑proof systems. You will manage integrations across payroll, benefits, identity management and finance while ensuring security, governance and data quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems, integrations or IT platform roles with hands‑on experience building and supporting enterprise integrations
• Experience administering an enterprise SaaS or AI platform including access management and governance
• Strong working knowledge of integration patterns and data movement between systems
• Hands‑on automation experience reducing manual work
• AI‑first mindset and ability to drive platform adoption across teams
• Ability to translate requirements into system configuration for business stakeholders
• Familiarity with data privacy and security frameworks in enterprise data environments

Responsibilities

• Own the integration layer across payroll, benefits, identity management and finance
• Administer Claude Enterprise: workspace provisioning, roles, permissions, and security
• Drive AI platform adoption with onboarding paths and usage guidelines
• Configure and improve cross‑system workflows; partner with stakeholders on business processes
• Automate workflows and reduce repetitive manual work
• Measure outcomes: uptime, data quality, Claude adoption and cycle times
• Be a trusted partner by translating needs into requirements and driving change
• Design scalable solutions with foresight for future needs
• Grow with the team to expand ownership across systems and AI platform
• Maintain documentation of configuration, data flows and governance
