Job summary

HealthEdge Software, Inc. seeks a seasoned Solution Architecture Leader to design and govern complex integrations across Claims, Enrollment, Provider and Payment systems in a remote US setting.

You will lead technical strategy, mentor teams, and drive architecture governance while collaborating with customers, partners, and product teams to deliver scalable healthcare technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or technical field.
• 12+ years in technology integrations.
• 7+ years in technical leadership roles; healthcare domain knowledge.
• Experience mentoring and building inclusive teams.
• Experience with EDI healthcare transactions and core admin platforms.
• Experience in AWS cloud environment.
• Experience in onshore/offshore delivery model.
• Familiarity with HealthEdge applications is a plus.

The Opportunity

• Solution technical architecture for customer delivery programs
• Integrate Claims, Enrollment, Provider, Authorization, Payment systems
• Ensure architecture governance compliance
• Collaborate with customer, partners, and internal product teams
• Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvements and emerging technologies

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or technical field
• Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in technology integrations
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in technical leadership roles Knowledgeable in Healthcare insurance domain (Medicare Advantage / Medicaid or Commercial)
• Experience with people management, mentorship, and creating inclusive and diverse teams
• Integrated EDI healthcare transactions (837, 834, 835,270/271, 276/277, 278) with healthcare core administration platforms (Claims adjudication/enrollment)
• Working in AWS cloud environment and experience with AWS cloud services
• Experience working in an onshore/offshore model is a must
• Experience working HealthEdge applications like HealthRules Payor or GuidingCare is a plus

• Understanding of SQL, Core Java, Spring Boot, Web Services, XML, JSON, SQL, Middleware, and CI/CD pipeline philosophy

• Thrives in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment and has a knack for quickly prioritizing needs and creating scalable processes and structure

**The annual US base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will bedeterminedduring the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to,your skills, experience,qualificationsand education.
