Job summary

HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking an IAM Cloud Security Engineer to design, secure, and operate AI-driven IAM in multi-cloud environments. You will build AI-enabled IAM tools using Azure and LangChain to detect unusual access and automate remediation while partnering with governance and compliance teams.

You’ll implement SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, and automate identity lifecycles, ensuring data protection and regulatory alignment. This remote role supports cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years in IAM engineering, cloud security, or GenAI/ML engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP and identity lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM frameworks (SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM) across multi-cloud environments.
• Automate identity lifecycle management and secure cloud configurations, including compliance checks.
• Support AI-enabled IAM tools, prompts, and automation workflows to improve detection of non-standard access.
• Collaborate with security teams to align IAM solutions with governance and data protection requirements.
• Develop documentation, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to support IAM operations.
