Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking an Integration Lead to drive complex healthcare technology integrations in a remote US-based role. You will architect customer delivery programs and integrate Claims, Enrollment, Provider, Authorization, and Payment systems to ensure seamless operations.

You will lead technical teams across onshore/offshore models, guide architecture governance, and partner with customers and internal product teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or technical field.
• 12+ years of relevant work experience in technology integrations.
• 7+ years of work experience in technical leadership roles; healthcare insurance domain.
• Experience with people management and building inclusive teams.
• Experience integrating EDI healthcare transactions with core platforms (Claims adjudication/enrollment).
• Experience in AWS cloud environment and AWS services.
• Experience with onshore/offshore delivery model.
• Experience with HealthEdge applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution technical architecture for customer delivery programs.

• Ensure architecture governance compliance.
