Job summary

SNC is seeking a Senior Program Planning and Scheduling Manager in Plano, TX, with 11+ years in planning and leadership. The role focuses on Integrated Master Schedules, risk mitigation, and cross‑functional coordination to support critical defense programs.

You will mentor analysts, drive best practices in scheduling, and interact with senior leadership to guide strategic decisions. A security clearance requirement applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 11+ years of experience in program planning and scheduling, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project Professional or similar scheduling tool and familiarity with EVM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, development, and coordination of integrated master plans and schedules for highly complex programs.
• Ensure effective tracking and maintenance of project plans and schedules to guarantee integration across the enterprise.
• Lead advanced risk analysis to identify, assess, and mitigate schedule risks.
• Resolve critical path conflicts using Gantt, PERT, and milestone charts.
• Present detailed schedule reports to senior stakeholders and executives.
