Qualifications
- At least 15 years of experience in planning, program management, and finance with a bachelor's degree.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office and CPM tools; experience with complex network schedules.
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving; briefing senior leadership.
- Leadership experience with direct reports and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Integrated Program Planners from inception through completion for diverse projects.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze the Integrated Master Schedule and artifacts including Agile processes.
- Advise senior leadership and collaborate with customers to meet requirements.
- Ensure cost/schedule integration is managed and provide proactive indicators to leadership.
