The role requires coordinating with customers, managing risk, and leveraging Earned Value Management to drive performance, with a focus on schedule integrity and strategic advisory support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 6+ years planning/PM experience.
• Experience with IMS development and maintenance.
• Experience with Schedule Risk Analysis and critical path methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for programs.
• Track progress against baselines and maintain schedule margins.
• Perform risk analysis and drive resolutions for critical paths.
• Support negotiations with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop proposal and execution schedules and assess progress.
• Recommend corrective actions (scheduling, funding, work requirements).
• Maintain cost/ schedule integration; monitor Earned Value Management.
