You’ll work across Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, Operations, Engineering, and Tech Product to ensure accurate deployment of changes. You’ll own the lifecycle from discovery to handoff, driving efficient state launches and compliant configurations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a business or systems analyst role, with 3+ years in P&C insurance.
• Translate insurance concepts into structured requirements for engineering.
• Proficient in documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and resolve ambiguity.
• Experience in Agile/iterative delivery, including UAT and validation.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize stakeholder input into clear decisions.

• Own requirements lifecycle for new products, state launches, and changes.
• Translate business decisions into functional specifications for engineering.
• Lead UAT planning, test scenarios, and product review processes.
