Kin Insurance, Inc. is seeking a Senior Insurance Business Analyst who translates insurance product decisions into precise, implementation-ready requirements for Engineering and Tech Product.

You’ll own the lifecycle for new products, state launches, endorsements, forms, and rating changes, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. This remote-first role emphasizes building scalable, testable requirements, leading UAT, and driving clarity across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business/systems analysis, incl. 3+ years in P&C insurance.
• Experience translating insurance concepts into structured business/functional requirements for Engineering and Tech Product.
• Working knowledge of the insurance product lifecycle and how decisions are implemented in policy systems.
• Experience producing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements lifecycle for new products, state launches, endorsements, and changes.
• Lead UAT planning, scenarios, business reviews, and validation processes.
• Collaborate with Insurance Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, and Engineering to ensure alignment.
• Document current vs. future state workflows and manage changes throughout delivery.
