Job summary

Kin Insurance is seeking a Senior Insurance Business Analyst to bridge insurance product concepts with engineering delivery. You will own requirements for new products, state launches, endorsements, and coverage changes across cross-functional teams including Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a business/ systems analyst role, with P&C insurance focus.
• Experience translating insurance concepts into engineering requirements.
• Experience in Agile or iterative delivery with IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements lifecycle for new products, state launches, and endorsements across multiple teams.
• Translate business decisions into clear requirements and specs for Engineering and Tech Product.
• Lead UAT planning, test scenarios, and product reviews to validate changes.
