Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring for an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence. This remote role is open nationwide in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and pairs with the Digital Experience team to turn data into actionable product insights.

You will analyze personal lines products, build dashboards, influence executive decisions and help optimize digital experiences using SQL, Power BI, Excel and BI tools; travel is <10%. Join a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on growth, innovation and customer value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or related field.
6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
Strong presentation and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with product managers and experience leaders to optimize digital experiences via analytics and experimentation.
Develop actionable recommendations to support growth and profitability targets.
Monitor and communicate performance and strategic insights of digital products for personal lines auto and property.
Present clear insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and data governance.
