Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related tasks.
• Support new and renewal business with submissions, proposals, and coverage binding.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
