The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance client service, holds an active license (CISR preferred), and excels in communication and organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and assigned accounts.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, and billing-related tasks.
• Support new and renewal business including proposals and binders.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the team.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service and uphold IOA values.
