Job summary

iSoftStone is seeking a Sr. Project Manager (Infrastructure) to oversee enterprise infrastructure initiatives for a fast-paced retail organization. You will manage planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects across cross-functional teams in the Tri-State area.

This remote role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You will drive execution, coordinate with vendors, and ensure projects meet scope, time, and budget while aligning with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience managing enterprise infrastructure or technology projects.
• PMP certification.
• CSM/PSM or equivalent Scrum certification.
• Strong experience in Agile environments with facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and backlog management.
• Translate high-level requirements into user stories and epics.
• Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to decompose work.
• Understand infrastructure concepts and communicate with architects, engineers, and developers.
• Experience engaging with development teams to remove blockers and align objectives.
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and executive status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Network, Security, Cloud, End User Computing, Store Operations, Vendors, and Stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, sprint planning, and executive updates.
• Identify risks and issues, driving timely resolution and mitigation.
• Manage scope, changes, resource planning, and delivery timelines.
• Partner with vendors and third-party service providers to meet milestones.
• Support Agile and traditional delivery methodologies based on project needs.
• Promote continuous process improvement and project management best practices.
