About the job

Our client, consistently named Fortune magazine’s "100 Best Companies to Work For", has an immediate need for a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to manage projects in the department of Technology Services comprising of Technology Infrastructure and Networking areas.

This will start out as a 6-month contract with potential to be extended. This is 100% remote opening.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required as are strong project management skills.
• The PM will be interacting directly with executive stakeholders as well as front-line management and users of the system.
• Professionalism and change management savvy is needed in order to influence stakeholders and to convincingly portray trade-offs when pivotal scope and requirements of requests are under consideration.

Minimum mandated requirements

• Baccalaureate Degree from accredited college of university – related business specialty/discipline
• 7 years relevant experience in project management across multiple business domains
• Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) with active certification

Preferred considerations

• Experience with Cloud technologies (Azure), Networking, Virtualization, Wireless, Technology architecture, Data Center and infrastructure related projects is preferred
• Strong business analysis skills to understand the subject matter in an IT environment
• Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum Alliance, SAFe) and experience handling Agile projects is desirable
• Multi-disciplinary healthcare/academic industry for healthcare informatics/research-based projects Is preferred
• Experience with project management tools like Azure DevOps/JIRA is a plus
• Knowledge of ServiceNow PPM application is a plus
