Senior Manager, Technical Program Management (Infrastructure)

CDW is seeking a Technical Program Management to lead a highly visible infrastructure-focused program delivery function supporting enterprise initiatives. This role manages a team of 10–11 Technical Project Leads and serves as a key partner to executive leadership, acting as a trusted right hand in driving large-scale, complex infrastructure programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Technical Project Leads, with full people-management responsibility
- Own delivery of complex infrastructure programs spanning data centers, networking, firewalls, and cloud platforms
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders (up to executive level) to align program outcomes with enterprise goals
- Provide weekly executive-level reporting on program status, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization
- Drive risk management, capacity planning, and cross-functional coordination across infrastructure domains
- Improve and scale project/program management processes, standards, and reporting
- Manage vendor relationships and support operational and capital budget planning
Experience Sought
- 5+ years managing large-scale technical programs or project portfolios in an enterprise environment (infrastructure strongly preferred)
- 5+ years managing senior stakeholder relationships, including executive-level communication
- 2+ years leading cross-functional project delivery teams; people leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong experience with Jira (planning & tracking) and ServiceNow (demand and resource management) desired
- Deep understanding of infrastructure domains: data centers, networking (wired/wireless), firewalls, and cloud
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a high degree of accountability
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident leading in a highly visible role
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business (Project Management focus)
- PMP, PMI-ACP, and/or ITIL certifications
