Job summary

iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure) to oversee enterprise infrastructure initiatives for a fast-paced retail organization.

You will plan, execute, and deliver complex infrastructure projects, leading cross-functional teams with strong communication and executive reporting. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in PM, PMP and Scrum certifications, and a proven ability to drive projects on time, within scope, and budget, in Agile and traditional environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise infrastructure projects.
• PMP certification and Scrum Master certifications (CSM/PSM) required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent infrastructure projects from initiation through successful implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Network, Security, Cloud, and Store Operations.
• Facilitate project meetings and executive updates.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues and drive resolution.
• Manage scope, change requests, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with vendors and third‑party providers to meet milestones.
• Support Agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
