Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a world-class Growth Marketing Senior Manager to lead our Influencer Affiliates program in the US. You will own end-to-end execution, drive ROI, and collaborate with Comms, Paid Media, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics to ensure top performance and high-quality content.

You will manage a large network of creators, recruit new talent, develop annual editorial calendars, and pilot innovative tactics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of influencer marketing experience in a consumer-facing, fast-paced ecommerce company or global consumer brand.
• Strong relationship management with a track record of scaling influencer programs.
• Deep expertise in creating influencer and paid social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to interpret results for stakeholders.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Builder mindset: navigate ambiguity and define the path forward.
• Proficiency in financial metrics and forecasting to drive business recommendations.
• Familiarity with influencer tools like CreatorIQ, Impact, Sprinklr.

Responsibilities

• Scale ROI for US & CA influencer program and manage relationships at scale, including content review and payments.
• Identify and onboard new influencer talent into the program.
• Develop editorial calendars and marketing briefs for evergreen and one-time campaigns.
• Innovate strategies to drive growth and ROI.
• Collaborate with Global and country media teams to amplify influencer creative into paid social and other channels.
• Pilot new tactics regionally and enable global deployment.
• Own weekly and monthly KPI reporting and budget management.
• Present updates and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
