Airbnb is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Global Markets Team to drive cross-functional, end-to-end initiatives across the Americas. You will work with field and online operations, marketing, product, and legal to execute strategies that grow supply, demand, and regulatory capabilities.

You will analyze diverse data sources, present insights to regional leadership, and own performance narratives in weekly and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in data modeling, business analytics, and project management within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong ability to analyze macro and micro trends and translate data into actionable plans.
• Proven track record of influencing and rallying cross-functional stakeholders around a common mission.

Responsabilités

• Define, own, and execute cross-functional initiatives end-to-end across demand, supply, and regulatory surfaces.
• Lead weekly cross-functional project meetings with field and online operations, marketing, product, and legal.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and present insights to regional leadership to drive key business decisions.
• Own the performance narrative for key metrics and deliver concise reports in regular business reviews.
