Acadia is seeking a Senior Influencer Manager to lead influencer programs from strategy to reporting. You will identify and manage creators across tiers, negotiate terms, and collaborate with Creative, Social, Media, and Account teams to drive brand and business impact.

This highly collaborative role requires deep experience in influencer marketing, strong relationship-building with creators, and the ability to translate client objectives into compelling campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of influencer marketing experience.
• Proven ability to lead influencer campaigns from strategy through reporting.
• Strong knowledge of creator ecosystems across major platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop influencer strategies rooted in client objectives and platform behavior.
• Lead creator discovery, outreach, vetting, and selection across tiers.
• Own influencer campaigns from kickoff to completion, ensuring alignment with budget and timeline.
• Provide clear briefs, manage creator communications, approvals, and asset delivery.
• Negotiate terms, usage rights, and timelines with creators.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize content, measurement, and amplification.
